I’d like to take a moment to encourage/implore people who have been supportive of Annie’s, Ray’s, and the Leonard Peltier Still Guilty FB pages to sign both petitions.
The previous blog, Lemonade, was about an eight year girl displaying a remarkable degree of dedication to her beliefs-the one prior to that, Comparisons, dealt with the fire and subsequent damage to the ICT offices,Paul DeMains RV and personal effects, and other structures as well.
Both of these should be speaking to us-this little girl for the strength of her convictions at such a tender age and the fires that speak to a reality that hasn’t changed.
Below are links to Annie’s page and the Still Guilty page where the petitions can beĀ found-I apologize for not offering them in this latest blog but for some reason the links I have won’t work-something I will remediate hopefully.
MLK jr said something to the effect that we inflict wounds upon our souls when we look the other way-I believe that is axiomatic, but a further truth is we may unwittingly inflict wounds upon others as well in looking away, in remaining silent.
This is an instance where the “pen” can truly be mightier than the sword-your “pen”.

Hello rezinator, can you tell me when Paul DeMain’s office, RV and personal effects were set ablaze?
Was this recent?
As I understand it Joan a total of eight fires at six different locations on the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe rez during the night of July 14th.
