Once again Dennis Banks doesn’t have anything to say when queried by the media, but then how could he when he knows nothing, when that selective amnesia, or is it Alzheimers come to the fore? Wrong media outlet obviously – no fawning “liberal” media mentality asking softball questions that would allow the furtherance of myths.
Ray Robinson? Never heard of him – never saw, talked with, or even knew in the midst of the “liberation” of WK2 a black man was in camp.
A black man who would have been made conspicuous by the mere color of his skin, a minority among minorities- especially an uppity black man who wanted to discuss strategies and the use of non violent protest much the same as employed by Martin Luther King Jr. during the civil rights movement.
A strategy adopted from Gandhi that brought world attention and freed an entire nation of hundred of millions of people.
The sheer stupidity of the AIM leadership has been well established for decades, but perhaps nowhere else is that reality more apparent than in the murders they committed.
In Ray’s case he was an individual who had marched, taken it to the streets, been abused, and made countless personal sacrifices while committed to advance the cause of Civil Rights – yet the all knowing AIM leadership “suspected” him of being an “informant”?
Ignorance and stupidity, a terminal disease among the so called leadership.
The murder of Annie Mae Pictou Aquash? Another example of abject stupidity, another “suspected informant”, the catchall term leading to murder, an attempt to justify.
Yeah, Banks’ long term ignorance, the same person who attempts to portray himself to be the equivalent of the all seeing Eye of Horus, a sage of sages, with an encyclopedic knowledge of all things related to the nations, and yet can’t even remember a black man who was murdered under his watch.
Others may not want to say it but I have no hesitancy in saying Banks along with his so called leadership cohorts are bald faced serial liars of such proportions as to come along only once in a generation…..an infrequency that is a blessing.
And Clyde Bellecourt the CEO, CFO, and convicted drug dealer who prefers to be known as AIM Inc., the head of a such a prestigious organization? Well, in the absence of older and now deceased brother Vernon, one time head of AIM security, aka Gestapo, Clyde doesn’t know anything either – and in fact is seen as something of a weak link by such august figures as soothsayer Leonard Crow Dog.
I wonder if these bumbling dolts have ever stopped to consider that if “suspicion” alone in their opinion is enough to murder someone then by that very metric, a metric of suspicion, they should all be behind bars being Bubba’s girlfriend?
But then they know their “rights”, like taking the Fifth, or the right of innocence until proven guilty – a right they withheld from every victim whose life they took.
