Finally, a judicial ruling that understands the concept of privacy – what isn’t mentioned in this article as in a previous one is that the “drone slayers” daughter was sunbathing in a swim suit.
Whether she was or not does anyone have the right to enter your yard/property uninvited with a camera? I doubt any responding would say they do or fail to be upset by it.
Of course the government believes it has that right but overgrown kids referred to as adults “flying” the current version of a model airplane is an entirely different story isn’t it?

I can think of viable uses for these mini drones, several in fact, but not in an instance such as this. And apparently these mini drones are becoming such a nuisance regulations are being drawn up to require registration.
