Rumors, what are they based on? Truth or speculation? Sometimes one or the other and sometimes both.
With the passing of AIM leaders it’s become somewhat routinely predictable that rumors will surface they’re “talking”, making a clean breast of things – I’ve yet to see any evidence of this.
Part and parcel of the rumor mill will be those who gleefully rub their hands together, don the mantle of Creator’s spokesperson and proclaim it is a divine judgement for past sins, as if those making such proclamations believe they can “channel” Creator – that they are “anointed”.
Both the rumors and the claims are meaningless, the one wishful thinking and the other the product of a poor spirit that delights in such things.
By now the bottom line should be obvious that no one in the leadership is, has, or is going to “talk” in the days or moments of their passing.
The code of silence is too deeply embedded augmented by individuals like Crow Dog who seek to assure one and all there’s nothing to worry about, that upon their passing instant forgiveness takes place and it doesn’t really matter what you’ve done or the life you led.
I personally don’t believe that – it isn’t a part of any traditional belief I’ve been taught, and If I am correct in my disbelief then I submit those who revel in the passing of another might want to consider the possibility that there will also be an accountability for having done so.
If any believe it’s all about “karma” how many times do they get to wish bad upon another or revel in their misfortune before it returns to haunt them?
If such a person develops cancer or any other life threatening disease will they say it is karmic in nature, Creator allowed – or do they believe they are so above reproach that it could not possibly be?
There’s more to cancer than it’s physical manifestations, more to it than being a physical ailment, there is a spiritual cancer equally as devastating that rots the soul and that intangible that defines what it means to be a human being.
A spiritual cancer that corrupts beliefs and attempts to wed differing aspects into a mongrolized hybrid.
Such a hybridization represents to me a creeping assimilation, the setting aside of indigenous beliefs and ways while replacing them with tenets that have led to five hundred years of loss, being attacked, disenfranchised, confined, and the boarding schools.
Our beliefs as nations cannot coexist with a Christian doctrine that holds them to be heretical, evil, satanic, and involved in the practice of sorcery, witchcraft, and magic any more than they can coexist with Islam, Bahai, or the new age bs and faux tribes that arrogantly and routinely vacuums up whatever of ours they fancy.
Maybe some have found a way to forget this basic truth, forgotten Papal Bulls, Manifest Destiny, the Black Robes, and the associated body count and subjugation …… I have not.
